Q: When will you ship my order?
A: We will try to ship your order within one week!
Q: Help! You're charging 99 euro (or more) for shipping. That's way too much! #angry
A: We hoped you would visit this page! For now, we only have shipping fees available for Belgium, France, Germany, Netherlands & United Kingdom. All other countries will show 99 euro (or more). If that's the case, contact us through our webshop, or on our socials, and we will check the shipping fees to your country. Shipping fees will be between 10 and 30 euro, depending how many articles you've added.
Q: How long will shipping take?
A: Every parcel shipped within Belgium will take 2-3 working days. Europe orders will arrive within one week.
Q: Can I return or change my order?
A: Unfortunately, it is not possible to return or change your order. If a shirt is for example too small, feel free to contact us, and maybe we can switch it at one of our upcoming shows.
Q: Can I update my order to be track & tracable?
A: Ofcourse! There is an item in our webshop called "SHIPPING UPGRADE". Adding this to your cart ensures that we'll provide you a track & trace reference. The price is in addition of the standard shipping fees.
Q: What if my parcel will not be delivered within the time frame?
A: Unfortunately, if you don't receive your package and you didn't add the shipping upgrade, shipping is on the client responsibility. We can not ask the post office to start an investigation if we haven't shipped without a track & trace reference. The reason why we don't add the track & trace option by default is to simply keep the shipping fees as low as possible
